This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the SuperLiving mobile application (the “App”), owned and operated by BornToRise Technologies Private Limited(“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Subscription Purchases
1.1 Course Purchases (if applicable)
- No refunds will be issued after a course has been purchased.
- You may cancel your subscription or purchase at any time. Once canceled, no further charges will be deducted.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems preventing access to Services that cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
- Accidental Purchase: Verified accidental transactions.
- Duplicate Charges: Multiple charges for the same subscription period.
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the Services
- Dissatisfaction with content (without technical issues)
- Partially used or consumed subscriptions
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions
- Subscriptions purchased using gift cards or promo codes
- Fully rendered or consumed services
- Auto-renewed subscriptions not canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime via App Store settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Access remains active until the paid period expires.
- No refunds for unused portions unless stated otherwise in this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund

Include the following details:
- Registered name and email
- Order / Transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund
- Supporting documents (if any)
We will respond within 5–7 business days.
7. Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds or suspend accounts if we detect:
- Repeated refund abuse
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
8. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction specified in our Terms and Conditions.
